Terms

You voluntarily pay USD 1 or your chosen one-time amount for the pot. In return you receive nothing: no product, no service, no prize, no ownership, no investment, no membership, no charitable receipt and no entry into a draw. This is the entire agreement about consideration.

OneBuckPot does not organise a lottery, sweepstake, raffle or prize competition. No winner is selected and no amount is ever paid out to participants.

The default payment is USD 1 for the pot, plus a fixed USD 0.35 card processing fee passed on to you, for a total of USD 1.35. Alternatively, you may choose a one-time pot amount of at least USD 1 in USD 0.01 increments; the same USD 0.35 fee is added once. Your total is shown before confirmation. The amount is validated on the server and is subject to the payment provider's transaction limit. You may optionally start a recurring payment of USD 1 for the pot plus USD 0.35 card processing fee per week or per month; it is opt-in and can be cancelled at any time, which stops all future charges.

The publicly displayed amount is the accumulated total of confirmed payments minus refunds and lost chargebacks. It is not a balance held or managed for you and creates no claim of any kind.

Refunds are handled according to these terms and applicable statutory rights. Requests go to [OPERATOR CONTACT EMAIL — PLACEHOLDER]. Refunded and lost-chargeback amounts are deducted from the displayed counter.
